Line submission explanation

You may do up to 4 of your best takes per line.

Please submit your lines in 1-4 mp3 files per chapter.

You may edit out your mistakes and submit your best takes. Just be sure to edit in all the lines for that chapter and email them to me.

i.e.
line 1: "It looks like it'll rain today."
line 2: "I better remember to take an umbrella."
line 3: "Perhaps I shouldn't go out at all."
line 4: "I wonder if Vivi wants to go to the arcade instead."
line 5: "Maybe I should text him first."

lines 1-5 could be counted as a segment. Since I am allowing 4 different takes of each line, you could submit a total of 20 lines with just this text block. If you were recording for the whole chapter and had 20 lines to record, you could essentially record 80 lines if you did 4 takes for each line. If you wanted to break down your chapter lines, you could break them in up to 4 different mp3 files. So with 20 lines as the base and wanting to break that up into 4 mp3 files, you could do this:

mp3 file 1: 5 lines (With added takes, there would be 20 lines)-- labeled as: "Alexandria Blank pt 1"
mp3 file 2: 5 lines (With added takes, there would be 20 lines)-- labeled as: "Alexandria Blank pt 2"
mp3 file 3: 5 lines (With added takes, there would be 20 lines)-- Labeled as: "Alexandria Blank pt 3"
mp3 file 4: 5 lines (With added takes, there would be 20 lines)-- Labeled as: "Alexandria Blank pt 4"

The total lines equal to the amount of 80 including the extra takes, but essentially there are only five lines per mp3 file.

I cannot stop you from submitting one-liner files and I know this... so if you must, you may record 1 liner mp3 files and submit them in a simple zip folder...
