I have also cast you as an extra character. Attached to this email is a packet containing your lines specifically. You may use the contents of the packet as a guideline when recording, but if you get the time, you should brief over the scripts which are contained in the zip file labeled Disc 1 Scripts. The scripts go in the following order: 1) ALEXANDRIA, 2) EVIL FOREST ICE CAVERN, 3) DALI, 4) LINDBLUM, 5) BURMECIA.
The temporary deadline for all the lines due is at the end of the month, the 31st of March. This deadline may be extended no more than 3 weeks. As a fellow voice actor, I understand the strain you are put under; consequently, if you require an extension, please let me know ASAP.
You may record your lines in Chapter sequence rather than individual lines so to save you time and space. Do not worry about editing out helpful exercises such as warm-ups or botched lines. I will not judge you for them at all considering I also have a range of botching I do when I record. However, if you feel you absolutely MUST edit them out, then I will not stop you--I probably won't even know, xD But please try not to send me individual takes of one-line recordings... that's a lot of things I would have to import into my editing system. You may, however, give individual lines for characters with no more than ten lines. Please submit your lines in an mp3 format. If the file is too big to attach to a simple email, you may use an external website to send it.
Overall, this project is not meant to cause emotional, psychological, mental, or physical distress. If you feel that you cannot handle this or it severely interferes with your personal life, please let me know and I will make arrangements to help you in any way I can. Remember: Real life comes first. This project is meant for enjoyment.
Another important note: I can be pushy and very cold at times and not take notice. If I behave like the snooty, unbearable boss at the office that wants all the pens in the right cups and all the papers in neat little stacks, PLEASE TELL ME. It is not my occupation to cause anyone any kind of grief. I will once in a while nudge my actors as reminders of what I need from them. If I get completely unbearable, you have the right to tell me so. If you do not feel comfortable telling me, please report the issues I may be causing to my co-director Janneson or my critiquing partner ReoKiome. Both are fairly kind and helpful and have no problem telling me when I am wrong. If you want to keep your confidentiality, just let them know.
